Cranberries

What are Cranberries?

Cranberries are native to the swamps and bogs of northeastern North America. They now grow on around 58,000 acres of farmland across the US, Chile and Canada. Historically, Native Americans used cranberries to treat bladder and kidney infections. Many people consider these berries a superfood due to their high nutrient and antioxidant count.
