Refund policy
We aim for your satisfaction and may refund orders or provide a store credit within 30 days of purchase within reason. There are exceptions, which can be found below.
Sprout Living reserves the right to deny excessive returns or abuse of the system.
To initiate a return/refund, simply complete the steps below:
- Fill out the Sprout Living Returns Form.
- After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email containing next action steps within 2 business days.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged/defective goods require pictures and are subject to the request of a return to seller. Pictures of both the outside packaging/shipper and products are required.

Photo 2: A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box)
Photo 3: A photo showing any damage to the outside of the package (if there is no damage to the outside of the package, then a photo of the outside of the package showing the top and 2 sides is used)
Please note that damaged/defective goods must be reserved until claims process is completed and may be requested to be returned unused, in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling and the shipping cost of any new/replacement items (situational).
Refunds & Credits
In some cases, credits or partial credits may be issued instead of a refund. Credits will be emailed and will never expire.
Refunds will only be issued after items are returned, inspected and inventoried at our warehouse. This may take up to 2 weeks. Your refund total will be for the original cost minus any potential damaged/missing items and minus return shipping and handling costs ($10 shipping fee + 7% restocking fee). If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return/Refund/Credit Exceptions
Our standard policy does not apply to the below items:
- Products in bulk sizes (2lb, 5lb, 50-packets).
- Products purchased from third-party physical retail locations (brick-and-mortar), from third-party online retailers or TikTok Shop.
- Products received as part of a promotional giveaway or contest.
- Gift cards.
- Orders identified as fraudulent or abuse of the system.
