Shipping policy

SHIPPING ORDER CONFIRMATIONAs soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped right away (depending on the carrier, shipping may take up 8 days).
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATESDomestic orders from sproutliving.com are eligible to receive standard shipping services. For all one-time purchase orders under $60, the charge is a flat $10. For all subscription purchase orders under $50, the charge is a flat $10. We offer free standard shipping to one-time purchase orders over $60 (after discount is applied) and free standard shipping to subscription purchase orders over $50.
All orders (including Subscribe & Save) shipping outside of the continental/contiguous US will be charged a flat rate depending on weight.
This includes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Please note, if your order qualifies, the free shipping rate will automatically apply to your order. Modifying your order during the checkout process may result in changes in shipping rate.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
- We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible and minimize our carbon footprint. Orders may take up to 8 days to be delivered once it's in the hands of the carrier.
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
- If Route Order Protection is not added, any losses or damages are at your own risk.
- Sprout Living does not take responsibility for orders placed with incorrect addresses.
