These Vanilla Lucuma Cashew Butter Protein Balls are the perfect grab-and-go snack. They’re nutty, with a touch of sweetness, and packed full of nutrients from just a handful of simple ingredients. Pop a couple to satisfy late-night hunger or enjoy them in between meals.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
  2. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Hand form into balls.
  4. Cover with sprinkles.
  5. Enjoy!
NOTES
Makes approximately 14 balls, store in refrigerator.
