Vanilla Lucuma Cashew Butter Protein Balls
These Vanilla Lucuma Cashew Butter Protein Balls are the perfect grab-and-go snack. They’re nutty, with a touch of sweetness, and packed full of nutrients from just a handful of simple ingredients. Pop a couple to satisfy late-night hunger or enjoy them in between meals.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp. almond extract (*key ingredient!)
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/3 cup oat flour or GF rolled oats
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
- Combine ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Hand form into balls.
- Cover with sprinkles.
- Enjoy!
NOTES
