Truffle Green Beans Amandine

INGREDIENTS
- 2½ lb. green beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup sliced Italian Truffle Probiotic Almonds
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Lemon zest (optional, for garnish)
DIRECTIONS
- Boil green beans in a large pot of salted water until crisp-tender, about 5–7 minutes. Drain and transfer to ice water. Drain again and pat dry.
- Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add almonds and salt, stirring to coat. Cook until almonds are fragrant and lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
- Add green beans and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring to coat.
- Cook until warmed through.
- Transfer to a platter and garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
