
Strawberry Matcha Protein Pops
Made with real strawberries, real Japanese matcha powder and Epic Protein, these popsicles are a refreshing treat for your taste buds. Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, they're not only delicious but also a guilt-free indulgence. Beat the heat and nourish yourself!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp Epic Protein Mindful Matcha
- 2 cups + 2/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 8-10 strawberries
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until completely dissolved and smooth.
- Add the matcha mixture to a blender along with 1/3 cup maple syrup, Epic Protein Mindful Matcha and 2 cups of coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a clean blender, combine the strawberries, 2/3 cup coconut milk and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the strawberry mixture to a jar and refrigerate.
- Fill each popsicle mold about 3/4 full with the matcha blend.
- Place the lid on the popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer, insert popsicle sticks and return to the freezer for 4–6 hours until fully set.
- Once frozen, remove the lid and pour the strawberry mixture over the frozen matcha base to fill each mold.
- Freeze for another 2–4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- To release the popsicles, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
- Serve and enjoy!
