Made with real strawberries, real Japanese matcha powder and Epic Protein, these popsicles are a refreshing treat for your taste buds. Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, they're not only delicious but also a guilt-free indulgence. Beat the heat and nourish yourself!



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp Epic Protein Mindful Matcha
  • 2 cups + 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 8-10 strawberries
    DIRECTIONS
    1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until completely dissolved and smooth.
    2. Add the matcha mixture to a blender along with 1/3 cup maple syrup, Epic Protein Mindful Matcha and 2 cups of coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    3. In a clean blender, combine the strawberries, 2/3 cup coconut milk and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
    4. Transfer the strawberry mixture to a jar and refrigerate.
    5. Fill each popsicle mold about 3/4 full with the matcha blend.
    6. Place the lid on the popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes. 
    7. Remove from the freezer, insert popsicle sticks and return to the freezer for 4–6 hours until fully set.
    8. Once frozen, remove the lid and pour the strawberry mixture over the frozen matcha base to fill each mold.
    9. Freeze for another 2–4 hours, or until completely frozen.
    10. To release the popsicles, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
    11. Serve and enjoy!
