Indulge in a guilt-free treat with these Protein-Packed Chunky Monkey Bites! The rich flavors of banana, chocolate and nuts deliver a satisfying burst of energy. Packed with high-quality protein, they're perfect for a quick snack or post-workout refuel. 


  • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Chocolate chips
  • Flaky salt
    1. Add walnuts, dates, Epic Protein and bananas to a blender and pulse.
    2. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
    3. Scoop the mixture into balls and add them a parchment lined baking sheet.
    4. Place in freezer for at least 20 minutes.
    5. Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips together in microwave in 15 second intervals.
    6. Dip protein bites into chocolate mixture to coat and place back on parchment paper.
    7. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and flaky salt.
    8. Enjoy!
