INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup apple cider
- 1 egg
- Syrup and butter to top (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider and egg.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto a greased and hot skillet.
- Cook on low-medium heat until brown on both sides.
- Top with butter and syrup.
