INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 scoop Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup apple cider
  • 1 egg
  • Syrup and butter to top (optional)
    DIRECTIONS
    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider and egg
    2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients
    3. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto a greased and hot skillet
    4. Cook on low-medium heat until brown on both sides
    5. Top with butter and syrup
    6. Enjoy!
