What are Guava Leaves?
Guava leaves grow on guava trees and are native to Central America and subtropical areas worldwide. They grow in an opposite arrangement on the tree, meaning two leaves grow at the same point on either side of the steam. These leaves have been used in traditional Eastern medicine for thousands of years.
