Veggie Blueberry Smoothie
This Veggie-loaded Blueberry Smoothie brings a little bit of "majik" to ordinary mornings. It's fresh, delicious and packed with nutrient-dense ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen papaya
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 2 scoops Epic Protein : Original
- 2 scoops blue majik powder
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 cup frozen roasted purple sweet potato
- 1 cup frozen steamed zucchini
- Coconut water to blend (Coconut Water Powder + water)
DIRECTIONS
- Add everything to your blender!
- Blend to desired consistency, adding more liquid if necessary.
- Pour into your favorite bowl or jar and top with colorful superfoods! I used dried blueberries, coconut and sprouted buckwheat.
