
Raspberry Protein Sorbet
Refreshingly tart and naturally sweet, this protein-packed raspberry sorbet blends juicy frozen raspberries, a hint of maple syrup, and zesty lemon juice with Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma for a creamy, nourishing twist. A perfect balance of bright flavor and plant-based protein—cool, clean, and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
- Juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, protein powder and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to a freezable container and freeze for 4 hours.
- Place this back into the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
