
Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
 A creamy blend that fuels your day with steady energy, not sugar spikes. Each sip supports muscle recovery, gut health and glowing skin—thanks to clean protein, healthy fats and nutrient-rich pumpkin.
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup frozen banana
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (or almond butter/sunbutter)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Pumpkin Seed Protein
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender (minus protein powder) and blend until smooth.Â
- Add in protein powder and blend for a few more seconds.
- Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired!
