INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (or almond butter/sunbutter)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Pumpkin Seed Protein
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender (minus protein powder) and blend until smooth. 
    2. Add in protein powder and blend for a few more seconds.
    3. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired!
