Made with crispy kataifi phyllo, luscious pistachio butter, creamy tahini and a decadent layer of dark chocolate infused with Epic Protein Chocolate Maca, they’re a dreamy blend of tradition and nutrition. Each bite delivers crunch, depth and a hit of plant-based protein to keep you glowing from the inside out.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 oz bag kataifi shredded phillo dough
  • 6 oz jar pistachio butter
  • ⅓ cup creamy tahini
  • 10 oz bag dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 scoop Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add the chocolate chips to a small bowl and melt in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, mixing until smooth.
    2. Add the coconut oil and Epic Protein and mix. Take a few spoonfuls of the chocolate and spread it evenly across the silicone mold, making sure to press the chocolate onto the sides.
    3. Place in the freezer and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, toast the kataifi on a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. Stir occasionally until slightly golden.
    5. Add the pistachio butter and tahini to the kataifi and mix until well combined.
    6. Add spoonfuls of the kataifi filling over the frozen chocolate layer in each mold. Press down until an even surface forms.
    7. Add the remaining chocolate over the filling and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
    8. Break up, serve, and enjoy!
    9. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
