
Protein Dubai Chocolate Bars

Made with crispy kataifi phyllo, luscious pistachio butter, creamy tahini and a decadent layer of dark chocolate infused with Epic Protein Chocolate Maca, they’re a dreamy blend of tradition and nutrition. Each bite delivers crunch, depth and a hit of plant-based protein to keep you glowing from the inside out.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz bag kataifi shredded phillo dough
- 6 oz jar pistachio butter
- ⅓ cup creamy tahini
- 10 oz bag dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
DIRECTIONS
- Add the chocolate chips to a small bowl and melt in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, mixing until smooth.
- Add the coconut oil and Epic Protein and mix. Take a few spoonfuls of the chocolate and spread it evenly across the silicone mold, making sure to press the chocolate onto the sides.
- Place in the freezer and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toast the kataifi on a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. Stir occasionally until slightly golden.
- Add the pistachio butter and tahini to the kataifi and mix until well combined.
- Add spoonfuls of the kataifi filling over the frozen chocolate layer in each mold. Press down until an even surface forms.
- Add the remaining chocolate over the filling and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Break up, serve, and enjoy!
- Store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
