Naturally sweet dates and juicy pineapple bring the sunshine, while oats, coconut and ground flaxseed deliver lasting energy and fiber. A scoop of Simple Pea Protein boosts each bite with clean, plant-based protein, making them an ideal pre-workout snack, afternoon fuel or guilt-free treat. Easy to make, delicious to eat—these little bites are proof that real ingredients make all the difference.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole pitted dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup drained pineapple bits
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop Simple Pea Protein
  • 1-2 tbsp milk of choice
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add dates, oats, pineapple, coconut, flaxseed and Simple Pea Protein to a high-speed food processor or blender. Blend until a dough-like consistency forms.
    2. Scrape down the sides as needed.
    3. Add milk 1 tbsp at a time if the dough is too dry.
    4. With a small ice-cream scoop, scoop out the dough and form into balls.
    5. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
