
Pina Colada Yogurt Bark

Made with creamy plant-based yogurt, tropical fruits, and a scoop of Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma, this frozen treat is the perfect way to cool down while fueling up. Packed with plant protein and superfoods, it's as nourishing as it is refreshing—just blend, freeze, and break into sunny, snackable pieces.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups plant-based yogurt (coconut or almond-based)
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- Mango
- Pineapple
- Fresh mint
- Honey
- Coconut shreds
DIRECTIONS
- Add the yogurt, protein powder, mango and pineapple in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add desired toppings and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Break yogurt apart into desired pieces.
- Serve cold! Store leftover pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
