Peanut Butter Swirl Oats
Inspired by Jenna Shirkey of @jennaliveswell, these Peanut Butter Swirl Oats are not only fun to make and pretty to look at but they're also loaded with healthy fats and proteins. 2 scoops of Epic Complete Coffee provide adaptogenic mushrooms + a boost of natural energy without the crash later. INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 scoops Epic Protein Complete Coffee
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup Cocojune Pure Coconut Yogurt
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- Drizzle peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
- Add oats, coconut milk, Epic Protein and chia seeds to a jar.
- Mix well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Alternate oats and yogurt spread around plate/bowl.
- Top with peanut butter and peanuts.
- Enjoy!
