Inspired by Jenna Shirkey of @jennaliveswell, these Peanut Butter Swirl Oats are not only fun to make and pretty to look at but they're also loaded with healthy fats and proteins. 2 scoops of Epic Complete Coffee provide adaptogenic mushrooms + a boost of natural energy without the crash later. INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 scoops Epic Protein Complete Coffee
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup Cocojune Pure Coconut Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • Drizzle peanut butter
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add oats, coconut milk, Epic Protein and chia seeds to a jar.
    2. Mix well to combine.
    3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    4. Alternate oats and yogurt spread around plate/bowl.
    5. Top with peanut butter and peanuts.
    6. Enjoy!
