Peanut Butter Mug Cake
When you need a sweet treat in a hurry, lean on this healthy, fluffy Peanut Butter Mug Cake. It's packed with protein and healthy fats and comes together in under 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
- 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp plant milk
- 1 flax egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all dry ingredients into a microwave-safe mug.
- Mix in all wet ingredients.
- Microwave for 50 seconds and check the texture (an additional 10-20 seconds may be needed).
- Top with chocolate chips and peanut butter
