This PB&J Nice Cream is a healthier vegan ice cream that adds our Epic Vanilla Lucuma to a base of frozen banana and peanut butter and then tops it off with homemade chia-berry jam. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

Nice Cream Chia-Berry Jam
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp lime zest
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix in food processor until smooth
  2. For the chia-berry jam, blend until raspberries crumble, refrigerate one hour until slightly thickened.
  3. Top the nice cream with the berry jam.
  4. Enjoy!
