PB&J Nice Cream
This PB&J Nice Cream is a healthier vegan ice cream that adds our Epic Vanilla Lucuma to a base of frozen banana and peanut butter and then tops it off with homemade chia-berry jam. Enjoy!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 Tbs peanut butter
- splash of maple syrup
- Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp lime zest
- Mix in food processor until smooth
- For the chia-berry jam, blend until raspberries crumble, refrigerate one hour until slightly thickened.
- Top the nice cream with the berry jam.
