Matcha Swirl Oats
These Matcha Swirl Oats are a delicious and nutritious breakfast option that combine the health benefits of fiber-packed oats with the antioxidant-rich properties of matcha green tea powder. This energizing meal is not only easy to make but also offers a satisfying blend of flavors and nutrients (including Epic Protein) to kickstart your day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 scoops Epic Protein Mindful Matcha
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp Nekohama Matcha
- 1 cup Kite Hill Vegan Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- Drizzle of maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Add oats, coconut milk, Epic Protein, chia seeds and matcha to a jar.
- Mix well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Alternate oats and yogurt spread around plate/bowl.
- Top with pistachios and a drizzle of mape syrup.
