Honey Pistachio Protein Bites
These Honey Pistachio Protein Bites are the perfect on-the-go, protein-packed snack made from our Epic Green Kingdom with rolled oats, pistachios, cashew butter and more. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup shelled pistachios
- 1 serving Epic Protein : Green Kingdom
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ plus 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup cashew butter
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a thick dough forms (if the mixture is not cohesive enough to form the bites, try adding an extra tablespoon of honey!)
- Scoop out small golf ball-size chunks and form into 12 bites with your hands.
- Enjoy!
