High Protein Yogurt with Sauteed Dates

A sweet-and-savory twist on your usual yogurt cup. This high-protein treat combines creamy coconut yogurt with our Vanilla Lucuma protein and warm sautéed dates drizzled in olive oil. Finished with a pinch of flaky sea salt, it's indulgent, balanced and packed with plant-based fuel.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
  • 3-4 dates, pits removed
  • Olive oil, for sautéeing and drizzling
  • Small pinch of flaky sea salt
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix until well combined – cover and place in the fridge. 
    2. Meanwhile, open up each date and sautée on a hot skillet with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, just until they begin to crisp around the edges.
    3. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
    4. Remove yogurt from the fridge and serve in a martini glass or bowl.
    5. Add warm dates on top, drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
    6. Enjoy!
