
High Protein Yogurt with Sauteed Dates
A sweet-and-savory twist on your usual yogurt cup. This high-protein treat combines creamy coconut yogurt with our Vanilla Lucuma protein and warm sautéed dates drizzled in olive oil. Finished with a pinch of flaky sea salt, it's indulgent, balanced and packed with plant-based fuel.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
- 3-4 dates, pits removed
- Olive oil, for sautéeing and drizzling
- Small pinch of flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Add yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix until well combined – cover and place in the fridge.Â
- Meanwhile, open up each date and sautée on a hot skillet with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, just until they begin to crisp around the edges.
- Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove yogurt from the fridge and serve in a martini glass or bowl.
- Add warm dates on top, drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
