
High-Protein Snickers Cups
These High-Protein Snickers Cups are a better-for-you twist on the candy classic—rich, chewy and satisfyingly sweet with zero compromise. Made with real ingredients like dates, peanut butter, dark chocolate and Epic Protein, each bite helps support energy, recovery and cravings. Perfect as a post-workout treat or afternoon pick-me-up. Makes ~24 cups!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
- 12 Medjool pitted dates, cut in half
- Peanut butter, about 1 teaspoon per cup
- Crushed peanut for topping
- Flaky sea salt for topping
DIRECTIONS
- Add dark chocolate chips to a bowl with coconut oil and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Once melted, add the Epic Protein and mix until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate into a mini silicone muffin pan, filling each cavity about ¼ full.
- Add half a date on top of the chocolate, a teaspoon of peanut butter and then fill the remaining cavity with the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle peanuts and flaky sea salt on top and place in the freezer to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
