High-Protein Oatmeal Cookies

These High-Protein Oatmeal Cookies are a nutritious and delicious dessert or snack, combining the heartiness of oats, bananas and peanut butter with the muscle-building benefits of Epic Protein. They're ideal for fitness enthusiasts or anyone looking to increase nutrients without sacrificing flavor!  


  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
    1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
    2. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
    3. In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
    4. To the mashed bananas, add the peanut butter, rolled oats, Epic Protein, chia seeds, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, chocolate chips, raisins, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.
    5. Fold everything together until well combined.
    6. Shape into 20 cookies and place on the parchment-lined cookie sheet.
    7. Flatten each cookie with the back of a spoon to be about 1/2 an inch thick.
    8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the bottoms start to brown.
    9. Move the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
    10. Enjoy or store in an airtight container at room temperature for 4-5 days or in the fridge for about a week!
