Fluffy pancakes meet nostalgic fun. These High-Protein Dunkaroo Pancakes combine classic comfort with Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma for a stack that’s light, satisfying and just sweet enough. Layered with Dunkaroo Dip, sprinkles and fresh strawberries, it’s a breakfast that feels like a treat but fuels your day.

INGREDIENTS

    DIRECTIONS
    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, protein powder, and baking powder until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and milk. Add this to the dry mix and whisk until a batter-like consistency forms. Warm the avocado oil in a hot skillet. Pour about 2 tbsp of the pancake batter into the skillet and cook the pancake for 3 minutes on each side. Serve the pancakes on a plate. When stacking, add a tablespoon of the dunkaroo dip on top of each pancake. Serve with extra sprinkles and fresh strawberries.
