Made with creamy almond butter, warming cinnamon and a full scoop of Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma, they deliver real-food fuel with that nostalgic bakery flavor. Hemp seeds add a boost of healthy fats and texture, while a light drizzle of vanilla icing takes them over the top. Keep a batch in the fridge for an easy, protein-packed treat that satisfies sweet cravings and keeps you going. 

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅔ cup creamy almond butter
  • 1 cup Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Small pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp milk  
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add the almond butter, Epic Protein, cinnamon and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
    2. Add in the hemp seeds and mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
    3. Scoop out balls of the cookie dough onto a plate using a small cookie scoop. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, sift the powdered sugar into a small bowl. Add the milk and stir until it forms an icing-like consistency.
    5. Remove the cookie dough bites from the fridge and drizzle the icing over each of them.
    6. Finish them off with a dash of cinnamon and flaky sea salt.
    7. Store in the fridge for up to five days.
