High-Protein Cinnamon Bun Cookie Dough Bites

INGREDIENTS
- ⅔ cup creamy almond butter
- 1 cup Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Small pinch of salt
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp milk
DIRECTIONS
- Add the almond butter, Epic Protein, cinnamon and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Add in the hemp seeds and mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Scoop out balls of the cookie dough onto a plate using a small cookie scoop. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, sift the powdered sugar into a small bowl. Add the milk and stir until it forms an icing-like consistency.
- Remove the cookie dough bites from the fridge and drizzle the icing over each of them.
- Finish them off with a dash of cinnamon and flaky sea salt.
- Store in the fridge for up to five days.
