High-Protein Peanut Butter Banana Roll Ups
A fun twist on a classic combo, these Peanut Butter Banana Roll-Ups are equal parts snack and treat. Creamy peanut butter blended with our Pumpkin Seed Vanilla Protein adds a boost of plant-powered nutrition, while cinnamon and hemp seeds bring a little crunch and spice. Roll it all up in a warm tortilla with a fresh banana, slice and enjoy—perfect for breakfast, a post-workout bite or an on-the-go pick-me-up.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 bananas
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Seed Vanilla Protein Powder
- Medium-sized tortillas
- Cinnamon
- Hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix the protein powder with the peanut butter until well combined.
- Warm a tortilla in a pan or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the tortilla and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
- Place a banana in the center of the tortilla, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Roll the tortilla with the banana and slice into ½ slices.
