Creamy peanut butter blended with our Pumpkin Seed Vanilla Protein adds a boost of plant-powered nutrition, while cinnamon and hemp seeds bring a little crunch and spice. Roll it all up in a warm tortilla with a fresh banana, slice and enjoy—perfect for breakfast, a post-workout bite or an on-the-go pick-me-up.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bananas
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Pumpkin Seed Vanilla Protein Powder 
  • Medium-sized tortillas
  • Cinnamon
  • Hemp seeds
    DIRECTIONS
    1. In a small bowl, mix the protein powder with the peanut butter until well combined.
    2. Warm a tortilla in a pan or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
    3. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the tortilla and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
    4. Place a banana in the center of the tortilla, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    5. Roll the tortilla with the banana and slice into ½ slices.
    6. Enjoy with a drizzle of honey, jam or chocolate drizzle, and enjoy!
