INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 large banana
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen spinach or 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 scoops Colorfuel Greens
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
DIRECTIONS
- Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into ice cube trays and freeze
- A few hours before enjoying, put 4 cubes in a glass and refrigerate
- Add a liquid and shake or stir until well combined or toss into a blender and blend until smooth
