Everything Bagel Protein Pancakes

Lightly seasoned with everything bagel spice and finished with creamy avocado and scrambled eggs, they’re the perfect protein-forward breakfast (or brunch) when you want something cozy, but not sweet. INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Epic Protein Original
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- Small pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk flour, baking powder, protein powder and seasonings in a bowl until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg and milk. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, melt butter on the surface. Pour ~⅓ of the batter on the greased pan, cooking the first side for ~2 minutes, or until the edges begin to lift and bubbles form.
- Flip the pancakes over and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with mashed avocado and a side of scrambled eggs.
