
Epic Breakfast Board W/ Protein Pancakes
This protein-powered breakfast board is more than just pretty—it's packed with nourishing ingredients to keep you energized and satisfied. INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cup milk
DIRECTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and protein powder.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil over a hot skillet.
- Pour about ¼ cup of the batter into the skillet, creating small pancakes.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
