Dark Chocolate Date Clusters
It doesn't get easier than these 5-ingredient Dark Chocolate Date Clusters. Skip the store bought candy and always keep this protein-packed treat on hand instead!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup salted roasted pistachios
- 6 pitted dates
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 2 tsp coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
- Roughly chop pistachios and dates.
- Mix chopped pistachios, dates and Epic Protein together in a large bowl.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30 second increments.
- Stir melted chocolate mixture into dry mixture.
- Place clusters on parchment paper and place in the refrigerator to set.
- Enjoy!
