INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ½ cup Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- ⅓ cup - ½ cup milk, as needed
- Small pinch of salt
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon full-fat coconut milk
- Multi-colored sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
- Pulse the rolled oats in a food processor until they form a flour-like consistency. Add the cacao powder, almond butter, Epic Protein, maple syrup milk and salt, and blend until a dough forms.
- Gently press the dough into a rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper and place in the fridge.
- Meanwhile, warm the canned coconut milk in a small bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave. Add the chocolate chips to the milk and place a plate over the bowl for 10 minutes so the chocolate begins to melt.
- Stir the chocolate and milk together until a ganache forms. Add this to the dough and evenly spread with a spoon. Add the sprinkles on top and freeze for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to five days and enjoy!
