
Chocolate & PB Protein Yogurt Bark

Made with creamy coconut yogurt, rich Epic Protein Chocolate Maca, swirls of peanut butter and a crunchy pretzel topping, it’s a crave-worthy combo of flavor and function. Perfect for post-workout snacks or anytime your sweet tooth strikes—just break, bite and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups coconut yogurt
- 2 scoops Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon liquid coconut oil
- 1 handful of pretzels
DIRECTIONS
- Mix yogurt and Epic Protein in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper, spreading mixture evenly.
- Add peanut butter and liquid coconut oil to a bowl and mix until creamy.
- Add to the yogurt layer and spread evenly with a spoon, then swirl around with a toothpick.
- Assemble pretzels over the yogurt and peanut butter mixture, pressing down gently.
- Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours before breaking up into chunks. Store leftovers in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
