
Chocolate Maca Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large eggs
- 2 bananas
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Your favorite toppings
DIRECTIONS
- Add eggs, bananas and oats to a blender. Blend until the oats are fully ground and the mixture is smooth.
- Add protein powder, cacao powder and cinnamon and blend until well combined.
- Add about 3 large tablespoons to a greased skillet and cook on low/medium heat for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with fresh fruit like bananas or berries and chocolate syrup or maple syrup.
