INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Your favorite toppings
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add eggs, bananas and oats to a blender. Blend until the oats are fully ground and the mixture is smooth.
    2. Add protein powder, cacao powder and cinnamon and blend until well combined.
    3. Add about 3 large tablespoons to a greased skillet and cook on low/medium heat for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
    4. Serve with fresh fruit like bananas or berries and chocolate syrup or maple syrup.
