Indulge in a fun and nutritious spin on dessert with this Chia Seed Protein Dirt Pudding! Packed with the fiber-rich goodness of chia seeds, this treat also delivers plant-based protein from Epic Protein Chocolate Maca, making it a sweet snack that fuels your body. The oat milk keeps things creamy and dairy-free, while a touch of maple syrup adds natural sweetness without any refined sugars. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
  • 1 cup Simple Mills Cocoa Cashew Sandwich Cookies
  • 12–16 gummy worms
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add chia seeds, oat milk, Epic Protein and maple syrup to large jar and mix well
    2. Cover and place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to thicken
    3. Once thickened, divide the mixture into small bowls
    4. Top with crushed cookies and gummy worms
    5. Enjoy!
