
Whipped Vanilla Protein Coffee

INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop of Simple Vanilla Pea ProteinÂ
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 cup milk of choice
DIRECTIONS
- Add coffee and hot water to a 12 oz glass or deep bowl.
- Mix with a hand mixer, stand mixer or frother. Whip for about 3-4 minutes, until light and fluffy.
- In a separate glass, whisk the protein powder and milk until the powder is well dissolved.
- Pour milk into a glass with ice and add spoonfuls of the whipped coffee on top.
