Truffle Almond Kale Salad
This simple superfood salad comes together in just minutes and is surprisingly loaded with flavor. The addition of our Probiotic Almonds adds crunch and of course some amazing gut-nourishing benefits.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups chopped kale
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 packet Probiotic Almonds Italian Truffle
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Chop kale and red onion.
- Add to a large bowl.
- In a small jar, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper.
- Shake well.
- Pour over salad.
- Top with Italian Truffle Probiotic Almonds.
- Enjoy!
