This simple superfood salad comes together in just minutes and is surprisingly loaded with flavor. The addition of our Probiotic Almonds adds crunch and of course some amazing gut-nourishing benefits.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1 packet Probiotic Almonds Italian Truffle
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Chop kale and red onion.
    2. Add to a large bowl.
    3. In a small jar, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper.
    4. Shake well.
    5. Pour over salad.
    6. Top with Italian Truffle Probiotic Almonds.
    7. Enjoy!
