Simple Melon Matcha Latte
A refreshing twist on your daily caffeine ritual, this Simple Melon Matcha Latte is loaded with flavor - and benefits. Only 5 wholesome ingredients are needed, including juicy, sun-ripened cantaloupe, creamy coconut rice milk and our Epic Protein Mindful Matcha of course. It's perfect for a morning boost or an afternoon pick-me-up.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup coconut rice milk
- 4 oz warm water
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Mindful Matcha
- 1 tsp matcha powder
DIRECTIONS
- Blend cantaloupe and coconut rice milk in a blender until creamy.
- In a glass cup, add ice cubes and strain the cantaloupe mixture through a sieve over the ice cubes.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk matcha powder, Epic Protein and warm water until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour this mixture over the cantaloupe mix.
