Hot Chocolate Protein Bites
These Hot Chocolate Protein Bites are the ultimate treat with benefits. Coconut flour and oat flour bring the perfect texture, and melty chocolate chips with gooey marshmallows take these bites to the next level. INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 8 mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Epic Protein Chocolate Maca, oat flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and cinnamon.
- Add almond milk and mix.
- Divide into 8 portions and roll into balls.
- Flatten, press a depression, place a marshmallow in the middle and cover, roll into the ball again.
- Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 20-second increments until melted.
- Dip the protein balls in the melted chocolate and use 2 forks to roll it around until completely coated.
- Shake off excess chocolate and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet to harden.
