Double Chocolate Protein Cookies
If you like sweets, you'll LOVE these Double Chocolate Protein Cookies. They come together with less than 10 ingredients and in less than 20 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 3 tbsp brewed coffee
- 1 flaxseed egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water)
- 3 tbsp vegan butter or coconut butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
- Add in wet ingredients and mix again.
- With an ice cream scoop or spoon, spoon out cookie dough and form into balls.
- On parchment paper, flatten the cookie dough balls into disc shapes.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt(as desired).
- Let cool.
- Enjoy!
