INGREDIENTS
- 12 dates, pits removed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 scoop Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
- Peanut butter, for stuffing dates
- Crushed peanuts
- Flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of peanut butter, then gently close back up.
- Add the chocolate chips to a small bowl and microwave until the chocolate melts, about 30 seconds at a time. Once melted, add the chocolate maca and mix until well combined.
- Coat the dates in the chocolate and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the crushed peanuts and flaky sea salt on top.
