Soft, caramel-like dates are stuffed with creamy peanut butter, coated in rich melted chocolate blended with Epic Protein Chocolate Maca, then topped with crunchy peanuts and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. The result? A freezer-set treat that tastes indulgent but delivers real fuel. Each bite brings together plant-based protein, naturally sweet fruit and that classic chocolate-peanut combo you love—without the weird stuff. They’re perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up, post-workout snack or late-night chocolate craving that won’t leave you crashing. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 dates, pits removed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop Epic Protein Chocolate Maca
  • Peanut butter, for stuffing dates
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Flaky sea salt 
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of peanut butter, then gently close back up.
    2. Add the chocolate chips to a small bowl and microwave until the chocolate melts, about 30 seconds at a time. Once melted, add the chocolate maca and mix until well combined.
    3. Coat the dates in the chocolate and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
    4. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts and flaky sea salt on top.
    5. Place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes, then enjoy!
    6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
