This Wild Blueberry Fig Protein Smoothie combines fresh figs, blueberries, dates and almond milk with our Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma for a delicious smoothie that is enhanced with complete protein and exotic flavors like Ceylon cinnamon and ginger root. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma
  • 2 figs
  • 1 date
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp powdered probiotics (we love Sunbiotics!)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
  2. Top with granola, fig, blackberries and shaved coconut to your liking.
  3. Enjoy!
