This Sunflower Seed Cinnamon Maca Smoothie combines frozen banana, sunflower seeds and medjool dates with cinnamon and maca powder for an energizing and delicious smoothie full of nutrients and antioxidants. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 frozen bananas
- ¾ to 1 cup water or plant milk
- 2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
