
Rainbow Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
This Rainbow Pitaya Smoothie Bowl combines a plethora of exotic superfood ingredients like dragon fruit, kale and wheatgrass into three separate but equally delicious and colorful layers of this beautiful smoothie bowl. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
For the Pink Layer
- 1 Pitaya Plus frozen smoothie pack
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup kale
- 1 tsp wheatgrass
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 lemon
- 1 cup almond milk
- Coconut yogurt
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients of each layer to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
- Add each layer in alternating fashion to your bowl, and then top with your favorite granola and drizzle.
- Enjoy!
