
Pumpkin Pie Parfait with Rawnola
This Pumpkin Pie Parfait with Rawnola is made by combining a layer of pumpkin puree and sweet potato pudding and adding it to rawnola, made with rolled oats, dates and our Simple Pumpkin Seed Protein, all topped with coconut whipped cream. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin Seed Protein Rawnola
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 10-12 pitted Medjool dates
- 2 scoops Simple Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder
- ...and much more!
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the rawnola ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend on low speed until clumpy.
