Green Power Smoothie
This Green Power Smoothie is packed with powerful nutrition – complete plant protein, tons of potent antioxidants and a load of healthy fats – thanks to the combo of kale and spinach, matcha powder, avocado and our Epic Protein : Original. Enjoy!
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 handfuls of kale and spinach, washed, with stems removed
- 1/2 avocado (peeled and scooped)
- 1/2 orange (peeled)
- 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 serving Epic Protein : Original
- Optional toppings coconut shavings
- Add all ingredients to your blender, blend on high, and top with coconut shavings, if desired.

She is the founder of Nourished Body & Mind, offering one-on-one health coaching, food prep classes and on-line programs that empower others to create a sustainably healthy lifestyle. Having personally overcome a severe case of hypoglycemia through a whole food diet, and later accelerating her own recovery from major surgery with a raw vegan diet, Joanne became passionate about teaching others how to do the same. She helps clients improve energy, lose weight, stabilize blood sugar and more. In addition to coaching, Joanne loves creating recipes as well as food photography.
