This Goji Apple Smoothie combines chopped apples, bananas, grapes and goji berries for a deliciously sweet smoothie that is packed with protein, vitamin C and tons of essential vitamins and minerals. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen, chopped apple
  • 2 frozen, peeled bananas
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 1-2 cups water, as desired
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to your blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

You can call me Em. I eat raw plants because I love my body, the planet, and all beings. We are all equal and all-one! When I eat food, I want it to be beautiful, but not just in taste.
