- 1½ loosely-packed cups baby kale
- 1¼ cups fresh mango chunks (about 1 mango)
- 1 cup ice
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 to 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
