
Gingerbread Energy Balls

These Gingerbread Energy Balls combine a nut medley of walnuts, pecans and almonds with ginger, cinnamon and our Equivalent Drinkable Oats Spice, and then top it off with a cinnamon sugar coating for mouth-watering functional snack. Enjoy!
Featuring Equivalent Drinkable Oats Spice:

INGREDIENTS
Gingerbread Balls
- ½ cup raw walnuts
- ½ cup raw almonds
- ½ cup raw pecans
- 1 tbsp melted cacao butter
- 2 packets of Equivalent Drinkable Oats : Spice
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ball ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend until ingredients are combined and a dough is formed.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden the balls so they’re easier to work with.
- While you’re waiting on the dough to harden, mix the remaining cinnamon and sugar together.
- Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet then put back in the freezer for an hour or so to continue setting up.
- Store in the freezer, and enjoy!
