
Chocolate Mint Cookie Shake
This Chocolate Mint Cookie Shake combines chocolate coconut milk, frozen banana, maca powder and fresh mint leaves with our Epic Protein : Green Kingdom for a delicious shake that is enhanced with pure, complete protein and extra nutritious, whole superfoods – perfect as a pre- or post-workout boost. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chocolate coconut milk
- 2 scoops Epic Protein : Green Kingdom
- 1/4 tsp maca powder
- 2 tbs fresh mint leaves
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 1.5 tbs cacao nibs
- handful of ice
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
- Enjoy!
NOTES
Optionally garnish with vegan caramel sauce.
