This super easy, sweet and savory Carrot Beet Smoothie is a perfect on-the-go, greens smoothie that will hydrate and refresh you and provide the nutrients – vitamin C, beta carotene and fiber – that your body needs. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large carrot with greens
  • 1/4 medium red beet
  • 2 medium sweet apples
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 cup of water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Toss everything into the blender, blend on high for a thoroughly smooth consistency.
  2. Enjoy!
